Seven Steps and You Are Home
Connect with our real estate experts at the Presentation Centre to find out more information on our suite offerings and details on EMBLEM’s communities. Our sales representatives will provide you with an in-depth overview of our projects’ vision, amenities, floor plans, features and finishes, as well as the key community benefits that would best fit your lifestyle or investment. They will also assist you with details on your Agreement of Purchase and Sale from closing date and financing to lawyer information and deposit structure.
The moment you purchase your new condominium, you become part of the EMBLEM Community. Our Customer Experience team will guide you through every step of your home-buying journey, provide milestone updates and project-specific details and events.
Construction of your new condominium begins and your vision starts to take shape. Our Customer Experience team will inform you of major construction milestones and critical dates including occupancy, final closing and your Home Orientation (Pre-Delivery Inspection).
The First Glimpse
The Pre-Delivery Inspection occurs prior to your occupancy date. A Customer Experience representative will contact you to schedule an appointment and provide further direction closer to the date. This is your first opportunity to view your suite and assess its condition before occupancy.
When both solicitors (purchaser & builder) confirm the keys can legally be released, your New Homeowner's Package will be available for pickup at our on-site, Customer Experience office. This package will contain your suite keys, community access fobs and additional valuable resources including a customized EMBLEM Homeowner Information Guide.
Your Property Management team will provide all essential details in an effort to make your move-in experience efficient and trouble free. Information regarding moving areas, elevator dimensions and reservations can all be obtained through property management and concierge. Please keep in mind that elevator reservations are on a first come, first serve basis.
